UK Issues Public Consultation To Get Tough On Illegal Waste Dumping

On Friday, the United Kingdom’s Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (Defra) opened a public consultation on proposed measures to get tough on illegal dumping, in particular the practice of fly-tipping.
