China's Technical Policy for the Recovery of Vehicle Products

This policy serves as the guidance document for the establishment of the end-of life vehicle (ELV) recycling scheme in the People's Republic of China (PRC). The government will establish relevant schemes as outlined in this policy for sequential implementation before 2010.
