Our 1999 report provides general guidance on how to comply with California's recycled content law for rigid plastic containers, including design suggestions, explanations of current technology, political outlook. The California Integrated Waste Management Board has filed notices with more than 1,500 companies demanding compliance information. Raymond Communications plans a Workshop on compliance with this law and packaging takeback laws around the world Sept. 13 2001 in Las Vegas. We plan on updating this document later in 2001.
