House Introduces Climate Bill, Senate Bill Dies

Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.) introduced a new cap and trade carbon system bill last week which would aim to reduce global warming pollution according to scientific targets and reinvest any revenue back to American workers and technology.
